Protecting Our Clients

During the Corona Virus Crisis

    We are temporarily minimizing home visits for computer repairs. However, we will still come to you when it is needed (networking, setup, etc.) When a home visit is not needed, we will still pick up and deliver computers for repair or you can bring them to us and we will fix them. 

    If we do come into your home we will do the following to protect your family and ours.

*We will wear protective gear (masks and gloves) to minimize transmission of any viruses.

    If you bring us your computer or we pick it up for service, we will do the following.

*Disinfect surfaces before and after working on them. This includes the case, keyboard, mouse, cables and anything else you might touch after our work is concluded. In most cases, you will not need to send the keyboard, mouse or power cord except for all-in-ones or laptops.

    Our priority is to keep you and your family (as well as ours) as safe as possible during this time of uncertainty.
