The Oklevueha Native American Church  of West Los Angeles (ONACWestLA)  was founded to enrich the lives of the people who join the church and help them become a positive force in the community.

 

ONACWestLA offers spirituality that has been the tradition of Native Americans through history all over Northern and Southern America.

 

Grandmother Earth and Grandfather Sky’s teachings enlighten us that respect and honor are essential to achieving inner peace which brings about a peaceful life with other people that we encounter throughout our journey through life.

 

One of the ways to open us up so we can receive spiritual awakening is smoke and sharing of smoke with church members.

 

Our church’s retail store offers Native American artifacts, literature and jewelry.

 

We also offer sacramental cannabis to church members who prefer to use smoke to open up their inner selves to achieve greater spiritual awareness.

 

We accept donations. Proceeds are partially donated to the American Indian College Fund. Donations are primarily utilized to fund our “life-coaching” initiatives for church members who desire support. Life-coaching sessions are conducted by a trained professional.

 

Bi-monthly gatherings are held regularly at the church office so that church members may express themselves with other church members.
